What was my favorite thing about Ft. Lauderdale?? They have the best potato pancakes. Still doesn't make up for having the worst traffic ever!!! Bahamas

Greetings from Orlando
The internet access has been sparce since leaving California. I will have to update the trip activities when we get back home. Today 4-26-07- we are in Orlando, Florida. It's our last day before heading back home.
Ft. Lauderdale was okay. I got to visit Miami Ink and had the best potatoe pancakes ever. Nassau, Bahamas was great. After walking around a bit, Nick and I paid to utilize a private beach and enjoyed the amenities for the entire day. We both pretty much flopped on the beach, slept, drank and ate. We occasionally went into the beautiful blue water and then back to our beach chairs for more napping. Picture the Corona commercial with the little grass cover and the white beach and clear blue water. That was us. First time ever taking a vacation in which I did nothing but sit and relax. It was nice.
We then went back to Ft. lauderdale and I've got to tell you, I was glad to go. The drivers are insane! Each day we would see at least 3-4 fatal accidents on the freeway. They were terrible. I don't know how many times were almost run off the road etc. Orlando isn't so bad, it's a little warmer and a bit more humid here, but pretty nice weather over all.
Tuesday we visited Gatorland and yesterday we enjoyed Universal Studios. My favorite was the Shrek 4-D show. I just love Shrek. Nick and I got T-Shirts from "The cat in the Hat" They are bright red t-shirts that say "thing one" and "thing two". Nick decided I am "thing one". BabyMo will be "thing three" as we had to buy the small shirt for the little one on the way as well.
Well today is our last day in Florida, so I will post pictures when I can upon our return. Hope all is well!

Marmo and Kmo Bahamas-FT Lauderdale-Orlando
The next adventure begins!
Nick and I are leaving for FT. Lauderdale on April 19th, 2007. We will then take a short 3-day cruise to the Bahamas!
